ACTIVITIES Woods Canyon Lake Trip September, 20th 2008 (Saturday), at 9am This is your opportunity to see some of beautiful Northern Arizona. There will be mountains, a lake, pine trees and a short hike. You must bring your own food for a picnic lunch and don’t forget your camera and good shoes for hiking. Cost is $10 per person for gasoline. It is about 2 hrs driving one way and we will return about 6pm. Meet at the parking lot on Orange and Terrace Rd. at 9am. UPCOMING ACTIVITIES * Oct. 4 (Sat.) Grand Canyon trip WEEKLY ACTIVITIES English Conversation Class (Begin on August 28th) Every Thursday, at 7:30 pm This is an opportunity for students and their spouses to practice English, with native speakers. International Bible Study (Begin on August 29th) Every Friday, at 7:00 pm, Nancy Peterson's house Starting at 7pm at 103 E. Santa Cruz, Tempe, AZ We have our main Bible Study with a free dinner served promptly at 7pm. Singing, prayer time and two Bible study groups available for you to chose from. Contact Nancy at 480-446-7073. Couples Bible Study (Begin on September 5th) Every Friday, at 7:00pm Starting at 7:00pm at 2146 S. Las Flores, Mesa, AZ We will have a Couples’ Bible Study. Refreshments will be offered. This Bible Study is keyed towards Married Couples with or without children. Contact Ron at 480-456-0069. Women Bible Study (Begin on September 2nd) Every Tuesday morning, at 10 - 11:30 am This study is open to female students and wives of students. We will meet at the Quo Vadis Bookstore 1037 E.
